The training can be completed not only in a company but also, for example, in the public sector or in an association. However, the company cannot be the same as in the course TILS6910 Company internship.</p><p>The practical training must be agreed upon in advance with the responsible teacher. A written report of 2–3 pages describing the tasks performed during the training period must be prepared.</p><p>One month of work in field-related tasks corresponds to five ECTS credits. A maximum of 5 ECTS credits from the training can be included in advanced studies; any credits exceeding this amount will count as other studies.</p>","fi":"<p>Työharjoittelussa opiskelija tutustuu tilastotieteen ja datatieteen soveltamiseen työelämässä. Harjoittelu voidaan suorittaa yrityksen lisäksi esimerkiksi  julkisella sektorilla tai yhdistyksessä. Yritys ei kuitenkaan saa olla sama kuin opintojaksolla TILS6910 Yritysharjoittelu. </p><p>Harjoittelusta tulee sopia etukäteen vastuuopettajan kanssa. Harjoitteluajan tehtävistä laaditaan 2-3 sivun kirjallinen selvitys.</p><p>Opiskelijan yhden kuukauden harjoittelu alan tehtävissä vastaa viittä opintopistettä.
