Contents
The
course introduces students to basic aspects of mental skills aimed at
performance enhancement and well-being of athletes. It includes practical
sessions on the development and assessment of a program incorporating
fundamental psychological skills and techniques.

On successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- understand the theoretical background of mental skills involved in sports
- understand basic principles for an effective assessment of athletes’ mental skills
- know different techniques used to improve mental skills
