Contents
This course will allow students the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge learned in the Advanced knowledge of exercise psychology course to solving a real-world problem.

reading, lectures with group discussions (15h), homework assignments, collaborative
group work, group presentations, group final paper.

participation in lectures and completion of homework assignments (30 %); Final Presentation

Osaamistavoitteet
On successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Undertake a needs assessment that identifies a targeted behavioral change that would help achieve desired societal outcomes;
- Use theory and evidence to identify important determinants of the target behavior;
- Use theory and evidence to select behavior change techniques for changing the target behavior;
- Package selected behavior change techniques into a coherent behavior change intervention program;
- Select a strategy for evaluating the success of the planned intervention program
