KPTECEKOK Early Childhood Studies module (15+ op)

The module on Early Childhood Studies focuses on theories on early childhood education. It offers key concepts on early childhood education and multidisciplinary basis of early childhood education. The content also include aspects of children’s learning, child development, children’s well-being as well as diverse phenomena of childhood.

Upon completion of the specialisation module in Early Childhood Studies the student will

- know the key concepts, theories and practices regarding early childhood education

- be familiar with scientific bases of early childhood education

- learn to observe and support children’s learning, development and well-being
