· entrepreneurship from the point of views of individuals, organizations and societies

· self-oriented entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship/corporate entrepreneurship/corporate venturing, entrepreneurship

· key phases of the entrepreneurial process, and "entrepreneurial failure"

· different models of new venture creation in new business and corporate context

· growth of the firm, different growth strategies

· social entrepreneurship, ethics and sustainability in entrepreneurship

· exit -strategies

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

· name and define the different dimensions of entrepreneurship

· explain the changes in the social and economic role and meaning of entrepreneurship

· name and define the key phases of the entrepreneurial process

· recognize the ethical, social, and environmental aspects of entrepreneurship

· analyze and compare the different models of new venture creation
