Description
Content
The course is focused on communication and discussion of simple topics that are familiar or of personal interest, such as introducing oneself, handling daily needs, talking about the weather, asking directions, and face-to-face communication. The course content includes dialogues, simple conversations, and daily phrases and issues. Listening comprehension practice is also included.

Contact teaching, working in pairs and groups and some listening practices.
Assessment details
Oral test.

The goal of the course is to learn how to use Chinese in daily situations and activities in an authentic way.
