Completion methods

3 ECTS:
1. Planning session, 2 h
- Pre-assignment: everybody seeks suitable source materials
- Collective evaluation of search results
- Choosing of the articles/books that will be read
- Division of labor: chosen texts are shared out
2. Reading circle session 1, 4h
- Readers introduce the texts to others
- Discussion about the usefulness of the text
3. Reading circle session 2, 4 h
4. Reading circle session 3, max 4 h (only if needed! This depends on how many participants there will be)
- Post-assignment: Presenters write summaries of the most important points of their texts. Those summaries will be used later when course Moodle pages are constructed.
Those who continue get 5 ECTS:
5. Pedagogics session 1, 4 h
- Construction of course moodle pages
- Internet texts, assignments
- Pictures, Powtoon & Prezi
6. Pedagogics session 2, max. 4 h

Learning outcomes

The aim of this work group is to produce an extension to Research Ethics Online Course. This extension focuses on ethical challenges that are typical for academic philosophy. Participants are mostly postgraduates of philosophy.
